ONE OF US MEZCAL EXISTS TO FOSTER GENUINE HUMAN CONNECTION
ONE OF US
A spirit delicately distilled in the enchanting valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico, where ancient tradition meets modern intention to create a refined tasting experience that brings people together.
THIS METICULOUS
process concludes with a ritual of gratitude, as Jacinto returns the first drops of mezcal to the soil—a profound reminder that everything has its time and place under the sky.
EACH BOTTLE BEGINS
with the Cuishe maguey, growing wild and free, untouched by chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Organically nurtured in rich soil for 10 to 14 years, it is distilled with pure, deep well water using time-honored methods. The result is a crystal-clear mezcal, free of additives, allowing the maguey’s natural essence and flavors to shine.
EXCLUSIVELY
produced from scratch at our small-scale distillery, where we honor the rhythm of the Earth, guiding the slow creation of mezcal from a secret recipe passed down through generations to Maestro Mezcalero Jacinto Gutiérrez, inspired by the spiritual heritage of his Zapotec ancestors.

Showcasing the unique character and complexity of the rare Cuishe maguey. Its robust flavor profile blends earthy undertones with roasted notes, delicately balanced by a floral and honeyed sweetness. A subtle smokiness, born from its slow-cooking process, weaves through its layers, culminating in a smooth, lingering finish that tells a story of craft, care, and patience.

JACINTO GUTIERREZ
From the moment we met Jacinto, we knew we had found the soul behind our spirit. His unique approach doesn’t rush or follow trends—It listens to the rhythm of nature and the mezcal itself.
FOUNDERS
ROZA & MARCO
We didn’t step into the world of spirits to ride a wave. We stepped in to protect and elevate something real, and to create stories worth savoring over an exquisitely crafted mezcal.
